LC29D, a multi-mode dual-band high-precision GNSS positioning module developed by Broadcom BCM47758 chip. The module uses dual-band GNSS raw measurement data and IMU raw data, combined with RTK (Carrier Phase Difference) technology and DR (Inertial Navigation Technology), which can achieve submeter-level and centimeter-level positioning accuracy.
LC29D can simultaneously receive and process GPS/QZSS L1 C/A, GPS/QZSS L5, GLONASS L1, Galileo E1/E5a, IRNSS L5, BeiDou B1 frequency point signals, which can effectively alleviate the influence of multipath effect in urban canyons. The increase in the number of satellites and dual-band compensation brought by multi-mode and multi-frequency technology fully ensure that users can achieve accurate positioning in complex environments such as urban canyons, avoiding the embarrassing situation of inaccurate navigation and lagging positioning. LC29D has a built-in RTK algorithm, which realizes high-precision positioning by demodulating the original observation data of the satellite and downloading the differential correction data from the server (self-built base station) for fusion algorithm processing. Its sub-meter positioning accuracy can fully meet the needs of industrial and consumer high-precision positioning equipment, such as two-wheel sharing, police machines, vehicle-mounted OBD, delivery robots, precision agriculture, etc.
LC29D integrates high-performance 6-axis accelerometer and gyroscope, by measuring its own acceleration and rotation state, judging the current motion state of the equipment, combined with the inertial guidance algorithm can independently determine the position information, can achieve continuous high-precision positioning in a short time, even in tunnels, underground garages and other GNSS signal environment, can still maintain superior positioning performance.
The LC29D NMEA update rate supports 30Hz (Fusion Positioning), which can meet the needs of some high dynamic update rate scenarios, providing an ideal choice for fast mobile devices such as dual-wheel sharing. At the same time, LC29D integrates surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter and low-noise amplifier (LNA), which can filter out interfering signals, enhance the signal strength of weak signals, and improve reception sensitivity.
